Storm damage ......replaced meter main, mast, service wire into panel strapped up in crawl space, installed 2- 8’ ground rods and ground wire to main disconnect ....added smoke detectors in bedrooms and carbon detectors in hallways....had to reinstall and brace panel per inspector, and noticed 7 -20amp breakers oversized for the circuit wires and changed them to 15amp for appropriate protection...recommend surge after I was told about the ground from ga power being severed and back feeding on the cable coax cable
Arrived at home and used lock box for entry. Found covers to devices removed for painting purposes. But No where in home is there gfci protection. Which is a life saving device and per nec code to have. Also dryer outlet is covered by wood which per nec code is illegal. Due to not being Accessible. After checking outlets for gfci protection went to storage room where panel is located. Found water heater not bonded. Also there’s water damage above panel. Which has let water get into panel causing corrosion to damage nuetral bars inside panel and breakers. The only way to make it safe is to replace it. Also noticed rust on outside of main disconnect, but none on inside of main disconnect box. I have included quotes for all needed repairs plus surge protection in option 3. The other options are broke down into just replacing panel , and replacing panel and gfci’s. We do carry a lifetime warranty on all labor. And two warranty on devices. And the panel and breakers will have a

Corrected hot feed for tv. It was attached to itchleg on attic light instead of constant hot. Showed Mr. Denton how the full motion bracket levels out when moved. Customer is happy and everything is working properly.

Customer stated that when new dryer was installed, the installer tried to run the dryer to test proper operation. During that test, the main breaker tripped and had to be reset. At that point, customer was told they had an electrical issue. First item that I checked upon arrival was the voltage on the 240v dryer outlet. All readings were normal. Second item I checked was the unplugged dryer connections inside the unit and compared them to wiring diagram on the back of dryer (see pictures). The connections are incorrect creating an issue in the circuit and causing the main to trip. Recommended repairs are: 1- correct miswired connections in the dryer. 2- replace dryer breaker due to short circuit. This issue is separate from issue with bathroom breaker tripping.Once repairs are complete, testing of circuit and breaker will confirm repair was made correctly and will confirm damage, if any, to the dryer unit.Additional recommendation for whole home panel surge protector given
