Install 26recess cans, 2 -Pendant lights.(will come back when new island is set) 5 Dimmers
Arrived at home found main disconnect in destress with rust and corrosion. Nipple is being held by wires. There's Romex attached to pole. This will have to be demoed and all work will have to be done to code. Could not gain access to home. So whatever a inspector requires besides what's mentioned in quotes will be extra.

Customers furnace was non operational on my arrival. I opened the panel did an inspection of the furnace breaker and panel as well. Furnace breaker read at 123.3 volts hot to ground and hot to nuetral. I then opened the furnace face and found the hot nuetral and ground leads. Re made all three connections. Turnedbreaker back on and tested from hot to ground and hot to nuetral. Solid 123.3
Mr. Boykin recently purchased the home and is beginning to address items notated on the inspection report. This estimate addresses the top priority.
Gave to quotes difference is one is using wire mold other is fishing wire though wall and ceiling. Customer knows without wire mold there will be Sheetrock damage.
Bad light bulb
Bad elecrostart ballast in upstairs closet light. Customer would like to pick their new fixture and schedule later install. Tc applied to later work.
Replaced 7 standard light fixtures and 1 track light fixture, but as we were doing so noticed that the light fixture in the bathroom did not have a box which is a must have in order to hang fixtures. So we then added the box so we could finish hanging the fixture. Installed 2 dimmers and a surge protector. Customer also bought a 1 year safety plan which led to us doing a 13-point inspection and finding that the grounding is not up to code. Left estimate for grounding system
Estimate to replace weatherhead and eyebolt due to tree branch that fell on service from street. See estimate notes. Tree branch fell on service and ripped weatherhead and eyebolt out. Also pulled service entry wire. Due to lack of access at this time, this estimate is for repairs with the assumption that the service entry wire is undamaged and not in need of replacement. Estimate is to repair what is visible from the outside of the home in order to get power restored. Permit and inspection fees included.
