Great first impression

Justin was a very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with all my questions. He was very nice and based on the quote I got today, he is a very good listener. The quote was exactly what I asked for and spelled out the exact cost for the projects and variables I asked for. I have to say an unexpectedly excellent first impression.

Arrived spoke with son of homeowner. Evaluated situation at home. Pulled some outlets out in downstairs one that’s burnt internally. Went to panel to check breakers for outage. Found none. But found dryer breaker burning the wires at first connection point. Also breaker is non ul listed for panel. (Disconnect breaker due to safety concerns). There is a arc fault breaker making sizzling noise that changes when pressure is applied. (Also a fire hazard). All outlets were installed in a unsafe manner. Meaning over time heat causes loose connections which are arcing inside of outlet boxes. Outlet in hallway downstairs is burning internally due to this. And will continue to get worse. Advised homeowner over phone of problems and solutions. We do offer financing on all options. This is a major safety concern and can get worse over time. If panel becomes burnt on a bus bar whole panel will have to be replaced. Thank for your business! Craig Windom

Responded to call for frequent power issues. Upon arrival Mrs Moore advised both guest bedrooms will stop working but will start working again without any kind of repairs being made. Mrs Moore also advised that the master bedroom was wired to the bathroom gfci and was causing gfci to trip so she had an electrician come out and remove the bedroom circuit from the gfci and now has no power to the master bedroom.Inspected some outlets in guest bedrooms and living room. Found outlets are extremely worn. Advised Mrs Moore the best solution would be to replace the existing outlets and switches throughout the home. Advised Mrs Moore when she looses power to a room and gains power back without a repair, the break in the circuit has to arc to restore power and is a hazard.Left estimates to add master bedroom circuit and replace all existing devices to ensure safety and to prevent future power issues. Mr and Mrs Moore will discuss the options and determine which option best fits there need
